Our client is hiring for a HUMAN RESOURCES cum ACADEMIC COORDINATOR.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or any related.
  • Experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry or with a Singaporean client is a plus.
  • Experience in all the HR facets, start-up company, and registering a business with any government institutions. And knows about booking flights, and event coordination.
  • Experience being a coordinator in a school is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa from Monday to Friday, day shift.
  • Freelance contract but full-time and long-term employment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the office.
  • Oversee the scheduling of classes and coordination of events of the University at the office.
  • Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and records management.
  • Coordinate student support services, such as counseling, career guidance, and extracurricular activities.
  • Facilitate communication between faculty, staff, students, and parents to address concerns and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Perform simple administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, coordination, and completing Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) for the education business and office

Salary: 25k-35k | Freelance contract, for long-term and full time
