Responsibilities:
– Preparation of memos, invoice letters, reports, and other documents
– Retrieving and filing reports, documents, and corporate records
– Conduct data and research to prepare documents for presentation and review by boards of committees, directors, and executives
– Point of contact among team members, clients, executives, and other external parties
– General administrative support
– Responsible for answering routing and phone calls
Requirements:
– Associate degree in Office Administration or in any related field
– At least 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant of high-level executives
– With strong and in-depth understanding of the entire MS Office Suite
– Well-organized and able to prioritize daily workload
– Preferably with experience as a virtual assistant
– With strong verbal and written communication skills
– Must be proactive with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
