WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (8:30AM – 5:30PM)


An Accountant is responsible to help the business make financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company. They record transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management and other entities.


  • Prepare and review journal entries (General Ledger)
  • Prepare and review reconciliations timely, accurately, and in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Assist in the accurate computation of taxes, preparation of tax returns, BIR monthly dues, and supporting documents in a timely manner.
  • Perform and review monthly close process to ensure books and records are accurately stated and all close procedures are completed.
  • Prepare Financial Reports (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) as well as assist in monthly management review pack
  • Review and Process Payroll for employees
  • In charge of recording all related to general accounts such as but not limited to accruals, amortization, payroll, reserves, and others
  • Prepare budgets and variance analysis reports.
  • Assist in processing Accounts Payable transactions such as processing of operating and trust invoices
  • Prepare Aging of Accounts
  • Data entry and file maintenance
  • Reconciles daily receipts
  • Prepare both cash and accrual financial statements
  • Build cash flow analysis reports


Accountant is directly reporting to Executive Manager


  • Degree qualified with Bachelor of Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum of 2-3years’ experience working in a manufacturing
  • A hands-on position that requires a working knowledge of accounting disciplines such as financial accounting, compliance reporting, and budget preparation as well as system development and improvement.
  • Previous experience with billing, AP, AR, Inventory, payroll, and preparation of monthly accounts.
  • Experience in Philippine Statutory reporting, including BIR tax returns
  • Strong understanding of Accounting principles
  • Microsoft Office proficient, with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel functions (lookups, Pivots, Sumifs, If-Then, etc.)
  • Must be a team player, and able to collaborate with other office staff
  • Must be able to communicate well with colleagues and the company management.
  • Good presentation skills is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Willing to work in Calamba Laguna
