Job Description
– Represent the company with government agencies (DOLE, NLRC, NCMB, DTI)
– Provide assistance in handling labor cases and other liaison works.
– Provide assistance in handling employee investigation reports and notice of disciplinary actions.
– Take note of feedback, suggestions, and queries to employee relations.
– Create/Amend company policies in line with employee relations following the code of conduct.
– Facilitate orientation and share the new policies on the code of conduct
– Provide assistance in the design and implementation of motivational programs and values enhancement activities
– Present monthly progress report
– Create/Amend company policies that involves labor relations and disciplinary actions.
– Conducts necessary investigation relative to the implementation of disciplinary action.
– Coordinate with company lawyers or legal consultants
Qualifications
– Any bachelor’s degree
– 2 years’ experience in handling HR Labor Relations
– Experience in handling a Unionized/Organized Company
– Strong communication and analytical skills
