Qualifications:
– At least 5 years of work experience as a VA manager handling VA team.
– Experience in a digital marketing firm is an advantage.
– Knowledgeable in overseeing daily operations, setting performance expectations, conducting reviews, and implementing performance improvement plans.
– Experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring smooth onboarding, with a focus on selecting high-quality VAs, and developing and implementing strategies to improve retention rates and enhance client and employee satisfaction.
– Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Monday.com, or other tools with at least 6 months of experience using such tools to manage
workflows, track progress, and optimize team efficiency.
– Willing to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu from Monday to Friday, night shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the onsite management and strategic direction of virtual assistant (VA) operations within the company.
– Focuses on optimizing VA processes, overseeing recruitment, driving employee and client retention, and managing the performance of VAs.
– Ensures that the VA team operates efficiently, meets performance standards, and contributes to the company’s growth and success.
– Works closely with the team to provide direct support and guidance.
