EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent (CPA is preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience, specializing in Financial Accounting, Balance sheet recons/financial
statements/budgets & Australian taxation for an Australian client is essential.
• Has experience is managing at least 2 direct reports and can function as a team lead.
• Excellent written (email) and verbal communication skills (be able to interact directly with clients)
• Experience in collaborating with onshore internal team members (Admin & Finance Team)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) & Reporting (VLOOKUP etc.)
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to multitask effectively, manage timelines
and meet deadlines
• Have used business accounting software, like MYOB Advanced or equivalent
• Has an inquisitive mind, ability to solve adhoc invoicing queries and suggest appropriate solutions
• Sound business acumen, highly numerate, with excellent planning & analytical capabilities
