Job description:

  • Manage local Financial Technology company, mainly in Business Development, Public Relations, and Government Relations
  • Act as a leader in expanding FinTech resources, including banks, NBFCs, payment companies, post loan management, advertising, and data cooperation
  • Act as a leader in building a friendly FinTech environment (e.g., media, regulators, peers, research institutes, etc.) to aid in acquiring the essential licenses and maintaining professional communication channels with the regulators
  • Regularly conduct market research to foresee new business opportunities in the FinTech market
  • In charge of internal management concerns

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Marketing is preferred
  • 5 to 10 years of work experience in banking, FinTech, or payment companies
  • Strong leadership skills and business negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Team player
  • With connections with the Financial Department of the Philippines and senior bankers are preferred
  • Experience in building a team
