Job Description Summary:

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the management of senior and technical recruiters, end-to-end recruitment plus client-facing.

Job Qualifications:

Have at least 5+ years of experience in handling similar or related roles
Have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be an analytical, self-starter, and innovative recruiter/manager
Preferably from the BPO industry
