Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company’s internal technical support and application of operational management, including: availability, scalability, security, rapid deployment, capacity planning, etc.
2. Cooperate with the application and business system, for routine Windows system design construction of standardized management and maintenance system;
3. According to the management standards and business requirements, make Windows related operation process and policy documents;
4. Responsible for the AD, DNS, using WSUS system and Microsoft’s cloud products and services such as technical support/operations management.
5. Responsible for the technical support of Windows, including standard and strengthening standards, operations management, troubleshooting process automation.
6. Complete is responsible for the daily management system (the system configuration, resource allocation, ruled out fault judgment, monitor Settings, backup solution, etc.)
7. Configuration and daily maintenance of common tools or scripting;
8. Guiding system maintenance engineers and the IT service desk, IT desktop for daily maintenance work, solve problems is responsible for the system or failure;
9. Participate in or independent plan, promote, and to undertake the project technical department related implementation;
10. Understand the business process of the company, to join or provide closely integrated with the business in all kinds of IT solutions;
11. With other IT team and other departments, joint research and test new technologies.

Qualifications:
1、 Full-time university degree or above, computer or related majors; 5 years of technical support / operations and maintenance related work experience in the IT industry.
2, proficient in Microsoft Windows Active Directory system environment, able to independently design, analyze, organize, build and troubleshoot domain structure environment, deep understanding of Active Directory operation method based on Active Directory Microsoft infrastructure system planning, operation and maintenance and management.
3、 Familiar with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, AD, GPO, DNS, WSUS, RDS, NP, SCA, KMS, NPS, Exchange, IIS, sqlserver and other aspects of knowledge, with practical operation and maintenance management experience.
4、 Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, LDAP and other protocols, with the ability to analyze and solve problems through packet capture.
5、 Familiar with NTLM and Kerberos authentication mechanism of Windows, able to find mitigation or preventive measures for the security vulnerability of Microsoft products.
6、 Knowledge of a scripting or programming language, e.g. Powershell, Python.
7、 Proficiency in security, patch distribution mechanisms, etc. for Windows Server 2012 and 2016 platforms.
8、 Familiarity with or understanding of a cloud service AWS, Azure ( Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, MFA) and Office 365, Ali Cloud, Tencent Cloud, etc…
9、 Understanding of Remedy, Zabbix, ElasticSearch, Syslog and other common operation and maintenance tools for Internet enterprises.
10、 Experience in Microsoft infrastructure system planning and operation and maintenance for medium and large enterprises is preferred.
11、 Proficient in Microsoft virtualization, private cloud solutions, familiar with Hyper-V, SCOM, SCVMM and other Microsoft SystemCenter products, with Microsoft private cloud operation
