- Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or similar.
- Must have at least 3 years of payroll/bookkeeping experience, preferable with SMEs.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferably with experience in BPO or experience working with offshore clients preferably with New Zealand or Australian SMEs.
- Knowledge of New Zealand or Australian payroll preferred.
- Preferably with Xero Payroll certification.
- Experience with accounting software: Xero, Smart Payroll, Payroll, Cloud Payroll, and Pay Hero.
- Excellent in written and oral English communication.
- Ability to perform in a paperless environment.
- Strong time management.
