Our client is hiring for an HR GENERALIST!

The HR Generalist shall be responsible for the entire HR Operations assisting the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

– 3 years as HR Generalist or HR Supervisor.

– Strong background in labor law, disciplinary procedures, recruitment, and compensation and benefits.

– Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and any payroll/HR system.

– Excellent problem resolution, critical thinking, leadership, objectivity, tact, diplomacy, organization, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.

– Can work independently with minimum supervision.

– Monday to Friday, night shift | San Antonio, Pasig City.

 

Basic Salary: 35k plus de minimis of 2k, and utility Allowance of 750.

Upon regularization: Increase in Basic Salary, De Minimis & Utility Allowance
