CCBP is the internationally-accredited certification for Compensation and Benefits professionals and leaders. This Intensive Learning and Certification Program Registration is applicable to Filipinos anywhere in the world and non-Filipinos currently based in the Philippines.

The CCBP Philippines Cohort is a 2-day live, virtual, and interactive learning and certification program conducted via Zoom Business.

Candidates for certification are expected to collaborate on business cases relating to Compensation and Benefits and complete a Capstone project. The CCBP is a lifetime designation. Certified candidates are identified with the initials CCBP after their name.

Vivian Cruz, CGPHR

Vivian has successfully conducted more than 20 certification programs for CPHR Philippines. She is a Certified IECL organizational and executive coach and currently the Chief Organizational Capability Officer of i-Leap PHL. Vivian is adept in organizational development, HR business partnering, employer branding, workforce capacity and panning, total rewards and benefits, labor unions, familiarity in integrated management systems, and knowledge in HR management functions of the Philippines, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Australia. Vivian brings with her close to 30 years of extensive experience in HR and people management functions for local and multi-national organizations. She holds a degree in Political Science and Accounting from Manuel S. Envega University Foundation.
