– At least 10 years of work experience as a production manager in a manufacturing industry.
– Must have experience working in the manufacturing of wires/optical fibers.
– Can speak and understand basic Mandarin
– Familiar with ERP/MRP operations process, master the necessary abnormal problem analysis methods, such as 5Why, Seven basic tools of quality, SPC, 8D, etc.
– Familiar with quality management systems, production line operation and management, and understand the ISO9001, ISO14001, and other related standards.
– Willing to work onsite in Subic Bay Gateway Park, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, from Monday to Saturday, day shift.
