Establishment of CLG Business Services Philippines
Our journey began with the founding of CLG Business Services Philippines, an overseas subsidiary of Carlton, Lewis & Garret Consulting, a prominent London-based firm specializing in Executive Search solutions. This marked the beginning of our commitment to connecting top talent with leading organizations nationwide.
Acquisition and Rebranding to Circa Logica Group
In 2018, CLG underwent a significant transformation. Acquired by a group of Filipino investors, CLG merged with other business portfolios to become Circa Logica Group. This pivotal change expanded our services from executive search to a wide range of HR and consultancy solutions, addressing the evolving needs of businesses in the Philippines and beyond. As part of our expansion, we established key operations in Manila, Clark and Cebu, positioning ourselves as a comprehensive HR and business solutions provider.

In 2020, Circa Logica Group made a strategic move towards sustainability and responsible business practices by becoming an official signatory to the United Nations Global Compact.
