As a trusted leader in workforce solutions, Circa Logica Group® has long been committed to developing the next generation of professionals through a well-structured and immersive internship program. While we pioneered the virtual internship model in the Philippines at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2020, we now prioritize onsite internships to provide a deeper, hands-on learning experience—though virtual internships remain available in select capacities.
Each intern at CLG becomes part of a small, focused team (usually 2–4 interns) under the guidance of an experienced Operations Supervisor for day-to-day immersion and a dedicated Internships Manager for personalized support. Interns gain exposure to real business operations, guided by our commitment to integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Upon successful completion of the required hours, interns receive a Certificate of Completion and may be awarded special honors based on performance, conduct, and contribution.
