Refund Policy

Circa Logica Group Co. (“Circa Logica Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a wide range of non-tangible, professional services including but not limited to training programs, certifications, executive education, talent assessments, workforce solutions, and learning technologies. Due to the digital, intellectual, and service-based nature of our offerings, all transactions are considered final and non-returnable.
We understand, however, that certain circumstances may warrant a review for a refund or adjustment. Because each solution we offer is unique—ranging from recruitment and compliance to online education, enterprise assessments, and event-based services—a specific refund policy will apply per solution category. The applicable terms and conditions will either:
- Be provided prior to registration or purchase on the respective registration or sign-up form; or
- Be outlined in the official service agreement entered into by the client and Circa Logica Group, whichever applies.
Clients and participants are expected to review and acknowledge these specific refund terms before submitting any registration, payment, or contract confirmation.
This Refund Policy serves as a general policy overview and does not supersede or replace the terms that are explicitly stated in the service-specific refund provisions. Examples of such policies include but are not limited to:
- Refund terms for headhunting services based on replacement guarantees or unsuccessful placements
- Refund terms for executive education and online certification programs tied to scheduling, attendance, or access to course materials
- Cancellation and refund guidelines for conference tickets and event registrations
- Terms for credits or partial refunds in case of system errors, duplicate payments, or billing disputes
All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to our Finance Department. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the scope of the service, the applicable terms, and the extent to which the service has been delivered or accessed.

Please include your name, the name of the service or program, your transaction reference, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 7–10 business days.
By proceeding with payment or registration for any of our solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable refund terms governing that specific engagement.
