A multinational shared services company based in Metro Manila had a growing problem: their internal training programs, while functional, felt flat. Over 3,800 employees participated in the learning fest across five days, with an average session engagement score of 94%. The event transformed how training was perceived—from mandatory to magnetic.
Post-event feedback revealed a 58% increase in employees who “felt connected to the company’s values” and a 47% improvement in internal NPS scores for learning and development. The event has since become an annual tradition, co-led by the client and CLG.
