From Onboarding to Ownership Transforming internal learning into a culture-building experience for thousands of BPO employees

A Learning Event, Reimagined

A multinational shared services company based in Metro Manila had a growing problem: their internal training programs, while functional, felt flat. They were onboarding over 300 employees per month, yet engagement scores remained low. Exit interviews revealed that new hires saw training as “too technical” and “not connected to company culture.”

In response, the local L&D team was tasked with launching a company-wide learning festival—a hybrid event series that would reintroduce the company’s values, foster collaboration, and turn learning into a shared experience. With over 4,000 team members across three office hubs, the stakes were high—and so was the pressure to deliver.

They Turned to Circa Logica Group to Bring It to Life

CLG’s Talent Development unit partnered with the organization’s L&D and operations leaders to conceptualize and manage the entire learning experience. The challenge wasn’t just logistics—it was capturing the spirit of the organization in a way that was meaningful, modern, and measurable.
