Responsibilities

The Business Development Officer is responsible for generating leads, managing pipelines, and converting prospects into long-term clients across CLG’s business units — from Talent Fulfillment to Executive Education. You will conduct market research, pitch solutions, support proposal development, and collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery. Your role is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and building CLG’s brand presence across industries.

Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • At least 2–4 years of business development or sales experience (preferably in B2B or HR-related services)

  • Proven ability to generate and convert leads into clients

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills

  • A proactive, self-driven attitude and willingness to work cross-functionally
