Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements for various roles across different industries. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and hiring leaders to ensure timely and quality talent delivery. The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, keeping client records updated, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

Skills/Experience

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and social media

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job portals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to assess candidate fit based on requirements and culture

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple job openings

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a client-focused mindset

  • Basic knowledge of HR and labor-related guidelines is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field preferred
