Responsibilities

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from client coordination and role intake to sourcing, interviewing, and placement. You will work closely with hiring managers and business unit heads to deliver recruitment strategies that are aligned with each client’s culture, goals, and workforce needs. You’ll also contribute to talent market mapping, recruitment marketing initiatives, and the development of junior recruiters, all while ensuring a seamless candidate and client experience.

Skills/Experience

  • At least 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong client-facing experience and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven success sourcing talent through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with speed and precision

  • Experience in behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques

  • Strong understanding of job market trends and talent analytics

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality hires

  • A team player with leadership potential and mentoring capabilities
