As a Senior Training Specialist, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering high-impact training programs that empower individuals and organizations to succeed. Responsibilities
The Senior Training Specialist is responsible for end-to-end training program development — from needs analysis and curriculum design to facilitation and evaluation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partner clients to deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions across a range of topics, including leadership, communication, compliance, and organizational development. You’ll also mentor junior facilitators, contribute to learning content creation, and support the continuous improvement of CLG’s training framework.
Skills/Experience

At least 4–6 years of experience in training facilitation and instructional design

Proven track record in conducting both virtual and in-person training programs

Strong background in corporate training, L&D, or organizational development

Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills

Experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and training evaluation

Proficiency in using modern learning tools and presentation platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Canva, PowerPoint, LMS)

Certification in training or adult learning (e.g., CLDP, TTT, CPT) is a strong advantage

Ability to manage multiple training engagements and meet delivery timelines

Creative thinker with a passion for engaging learning experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Communication, HR, or related field
