September 26th is HR Professionals Day!

Circa Logica Group is one with the HR Community in celebrating the hardworking HR Professionals in the Philippines, who tirelessly work throughout the year to continuously motivate, reward, and retain employees. This celebration pays tribute to those working in HR departments all around the world. It is also a great day for raising awareness about this job role, as well as sharing information about what it is like to be part of the HR community.

Being in HR can be a difficult task to handle because all the crucial tasks that the HR department does help keep the business running and successful. While there may be some that don’t like that department, Human Resources is vital yet may not get enough credit for the hard work.
