“We’re not HR, we are People Experience”

For a fast-moving HR consulting company like Circa Logica Group, digital transformation has come fast and furious. So has their HR transformation.

As you’d expect from a fast-moving, forward-thinking HR firm like Circa Logica Group, it is always looking at transforming itself. “There’s a huge amount of change happening, in businesses and in the way we work. And what that translates to is that the workplace needs to evolve and how we do work,” Joana Marzan, Senior Partner for People Experience, said.

Whether it’s digitalization, AI, or robotics, technology is changing jobs, teams, and organizations. Circa Logica Group is making sure its partner-employees are ready for that change. To help make the future-proof, it focuses on four areas:

“Circa Logica Group enabled HR outsourcing in Central Luzon built from its partner-clients’ trust and confidence. All the technologies and methodologies we create, we use ourselves”, she added. When it talks about the future of work, it is talking about changing the way it captures information, workflows and introduces new technology. “As we focus on Conscious Culture and pivoting to teams, we are also on that path of transformation digitally”.

Part of that transformation involves HR itself. “We are not called Human Resources anymore. We are called People Experience. That’s a reflection of the work we want to be doing going forward. Not just managing resources but how we can focus and pivot on internal teams and communities externally,” she said.

Early in 2020, Circa Logica Group launched Leave-A-Legacy Program. This is an adoption and reinforcement of the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) offering 4 paid days off for partner-employees to volunteer their time for a non-profit cause and participate in community service projects with the aim to create significant social impact.
